Sugar and Spice and All Things Nice

Time to let the photos do the talking....let yourself be transported in to a world where things may "appear" to be deliciously sinful but looks can at times be deceiving!  For amongst these images there are quite a few which are "raw" and/or gluten free!

The market chick likes to call that 'inclusive practices' (given she was a teacher in a former a life) and inclusivity is SO much more appealing and enticing than exclusivity do you not think?

But the question remains: exactly where were these mouth watering delights found? Hint...various locations around Sydney stretching from the East to the North (and for those who are regular subscribers it should be easily determined!).  The rest dear friends is up to you!  Go on that treasure hunt asap is the 2095'ers strong recommendation.

A girl can never have too much bling

The task at hand for the 2095 was to identify as much bling in a single market as she could and even if she does say herself (never of course being known for her own to embody humbleness: as a wise man once told her "if you don't blow your own trumpet, no one else is going to do it for you") she did a pretty good job.

So without further ado the 2095 presents bling located at a market in the 2086.

Peace Love & Harmony

Being somewhat obsessed by Buddha and the Gods who bring peace, love, harmony and understanding the 2095 chick likes to hunt them down and struck gold at her favourite Sunday Northern Beaches Market: Frenchs Forest.

Sometimes in life, it's important to stop, take a breath, remove the external "noise" and just be.

Every once in a while someone special comes in to your life and for me, that was Vince.

Every Sunday at start of Market, mid way through market and end of market we would always have a giggle about goings on, talk about life the universe and everything and with his wisdom he guided me emotionally if I was down, joked if I was being "smart", but above all he was there always ready to listen.

I wanted sooo much for him to meet my Uncle Tony as they were incredibly similar. Maybe that's why I loved Vince so much.

Perhaps it was because he was of the old school where as long as you did him right he would do you right.

My heart aches for his family, especially his grandson with whom I collaborated to write a very special article regarding Vince a few weeks ago.

Last night the 2095 raised a toast to the man called Vince, shed quite a few tears at the loss of a beautiful human being yet feeling blessed to have had him in her life along with so many others.

Farewell my darling friend. God speed. I (like many others) will always miss and love you to the ends of time
